The new LFT production line enables us to implement core size impregnation at a previously unattainable level. This enables us to increase material performance in terms of mechanical properties and processability, and ultimately the performance of your end product.

As part of our material development and production, we embed long fibers in a thermoplastic matrix and thus combine parameters such as stiffness, strength and impact resistance with moldability and lightness. Advantage: More sustainable high-performance LFT with high-performance carbon fibers

We develop materials based on polyamide 4.10 with glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforcement, which combines three parameters in a unique way: a) high strength/stiffness, b) high user-friendliness, and c) good oxidation and hydrolysis resistance in warm, humid environments. A strong advantage - especially compared to polyamide 66.
